Santa is a very busy man! Whilst he and his team of Elves are always working and busy updating the Nice and Naughty Lists regularly, sometimes things take a little longer than expected, so keep checking every now and then.
Also, have you considered signing up for our Santa’s Little Helper or Santa’s Chief of Staff plans? Be sure to ask a parent for permission to upgrade and then reach out to us as described on our Terms page.

Is Santa real?
Yes, he absolutely is. Here at The North Pole Times we see him every day, checking The Nice List, nibbling biscuits and preparing for his Christmas Eve journey. Santa is the magic behind the twinkling lights, the flying reindeer and all the kindness children show at Christmas. He’s very real - and very proud of you.
How do I change my plan to a free one?
